Condover Hall is an elegant Grade I listed 4-storey Elizabethan sandstone building, dating from 1586, often described as the grandest house in Shropshire, standing in a conservation area on the outskirts of Condover village, near Shrewsbury. A Royal Manor in Anglo-Saxon times, Condover Manor was in and out of crown tenure until 1586 when Elizabeth I made a grant of the Estate to Thomas Owen, a member of parliament and Recorder of Shrewsbury. Condover Hall is ideally placed to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the splendid Shropshire countryside yet is commutable. It is conveniently situated about 5 miles to the south of the county town of Shrewsbury.

Whilst enjoying a picturesque rural location, the M54 is conveniently located, providing quick and easy access to the M6 and M5 motorways as well as access to the cities of Manchester (88 miles), Birmingham (50 miles) and the county town of Shrewsbury (only 5 miles). There is a mainline rail station at Shrewsbury providing services to London (Euston), Birmingham and Birmingham International Airport.
Condover Hall is approximately 5 miles south of Shrewsbury. When approaching from the M54/A5 at Shrewsbury, follow the signs for the A49 (south) to Leominster. Turn left off the A49 just past Bayston Hill. Turn left at the centre of the village passing in front of the church and you will see the impressive gates on your right. The property is well signed within the village

NB: these prices do not include the event tickets for the Saturday activities (workshop/freestyle) due to the variety of booking options available (e.g. some workshops and freestyle, all workshops and freestyle, or just the freestyle etc)

The main purpose of these rooms are to accommodate teachers and students undertaking residential activities at Condover Hall. Purpose built accommodation blocks - directly next to the main building. Very clean and comfortable. It should be considered like a higher class half-board hostel rather than a hotel. Unless you choose the cheaper 'share with a stranger' option you will have exclusive use of your en-suite room.
Dinner and Breakfast is served in the communal on-site restaurant.
